2. Candidates are directed to bring their original documents along:
a. 02 set of Metric (DMC/Certificate, Character Certificate), FA/F.sc (DMC/Certificate, Character Certificate), Domicile, CNIC/Form-B, Father CNIC and 03 Passport size picture with blue background.
b. Form processing fees (@Rs100/-) receipt along with Registration Form
f. Original Under Taking on simple paper.
g. Certificate for any quota (Sports/Hafiz-e-Quran/College Employee/Disable)
i. Original Migration Certificate in case if FA/F.sc is passed from other than Dera Board.
3. Candidates failing to appear before the admission committee on the notified date & time shall automatically lose the right to admission.
